Who we are

Sefi Consulting Inc. ("we", "us") provides IT audit readiness, controls testing, internal audit, risk assessment and secondment services. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our contact form, it opens your own email program with your name, organization, email address and message filled in. We receive that information only if you send the email. This website does not store what you type.
• Technical information. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and client records for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual limits. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
